Our tearooms set on 2 floors have a fantastic atmosphere overlooking the market place you can sit back relax and watch the world go by with some fabulous coffee and cake or light bites.

A lot of what you eat ‘on a plate’ is available to purchase in the Shop – so why not have a browse and take some goodies home with you. Yorkshire has a whole wealth of wonderful small producers making real food – Sticky Toffee Pudding, Cheeses, Smoked Meats, Tealoaf, Smoked Fish, Jams, Chutneys, Sparkling Dinks, Biscuits … to name but a few. Not only that, our own kitchen produces some superb homemade dishes that we hope will inspire you rather than frighten you off cooking for life!

If you would like to experience a taste of William’s food in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue, then (Williams outside catering) team, can simply deliver a fabulous feast to your door, ready to serve, or we can arrange to provide full on-site service so our staff can cook and look after you all AND clear away afterwards - they really are the food fairies!
